Copy King provided the following services:
The client supplied the artwork via e-mail. We digitally reproduced 170
sets of 479 originals on 60#, 3-hole, and 8.5x11 paper. Copy King created
and produced 22 tabs, and inserted all into Copy King provided 3-ring binders.
Copy King also created and inserted color covers and spines. The completed
project was delivered to Columbus.
A customer needed to
print 5,000 personalized checks.
Our customer supplied pre-printed checks, 3-up on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper.
Copy King designed 3-up lay-out of static information and then, utilizing
the customers Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet, printed out personalized
first and last name on each check utilizing our Free Form® program.
For an invitation/event
project, all the originals came to Copy King in Microsoft
Publisher 2000®.
Copy King converted them to PDF files and completed the following steps
to finish the project:
For the Invite:
We printed (in black) two single-sided originals, double-sided,
on 60 # Green Parchment paper. The originals were 8.5
x 11. We folded them to 5.5 x 8.5. The quantity was
7,100.
For the Tickets:
2,367 pieces printed double-sided in black on 110#
white index stock. We ran this piece 3-up and then
cut it in thirds to yield 7,100 finished pieces.
For the Reply Card:
1,775 pieces printed double sided in black on 110#
white index. We ran this piece 4-up and then cut it
in fourths, 3.5 x 5.5, to yield 7,100 finished pieces.
For the Envelopes:
We printed 7,100 6x9 booklet envelopes with a return
address and two screened logos in black ink.
We inserted the invitation, tickets, and reply card into the envelopes.
Next, we took a customer provided Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet and
printed a mailing address on each of the envelopes.
We printed a postal indicia, sorted and bundled the pieces for the U.S.
Post Office, and delivered them to the U.S. Post Office for mailing.
Rush Manual Set
The original files provided to Copy King electronically. Copy King produced
the following:
1. 500 sets of 105 originals copied 2-sided, black,
on 60 # stock. Front cover printed one PMS color on
cover stock. Both front and blank back covers
were laminated, 10 mil. with an edge seal. Body copy and covers trimmed
to 7” x 8.5” and double-wiro bound.
2. 500 sets of 94 originals copied 2-sided, black,
on 60 # stock. Front cover printed one PMS color on
cover stock. Both front and blank back covers
were laminated, 10 mil. with an edge seal. Body copy and covers trimmed
to 7” x 8.5” and double-wiro bound.
3. 500 sets of 20 originals copied 2-sided, black,
on 60 # stock. Front cover printed one PMS color on
cover stock. Both front and blank back covers
were laminated, 10 mil. with an edge seal. Interior sheets were 3.0 mil.
laminated with an edge seal. Body copy and covers trimmed to 4.75” x
8.5” and double-wiro bound.
All 3 manuals shipped as shrink wrapped sets, on time, on demand.
